Our Family Dog group class is designed for dogs of any breed or age, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your furry friend’s skills while having fun with creative engagement.
In our Family Dog class, we cover a wide range of skills, from basic commands such as sit, stay, come, and polite greetings, to more advanced ones like leash manners and impulse control. We even teach your dog to wait at doors and leave items on command.
Each student works at their own pace, perfecting their skills with the teacher’s guidance. We strongly believe that training should be fun, so we incorporate games and play to build value and success. This ongoing series can be repeated, as we are constantly working on something new.
We are also offering the new Junior Family dog for pups that are not ready for advanced elements. This class is designed for those students coming out of Star Puppy class or those new to working with their dog on obedience activities.
We only ever use positive reinforcement; the 6-week class for $210
Classes are kept small so each student gets one-on-one time. The classes are an excellent stepping stone in building a wonderful relationship with your dog.
With any of our programs, any student wishing to take AKC testing, including the Canine Good Citizen tests, after the 6-week class is always FREE. We also offer meet-and-greet testing. Please reach out via email, contact form, or our calendar to see class dates and times.
